Lilith, first woman.
“He then created a woman for Adam, from the earth, as He had created Adam himself, and called her Lilith. Adam and Lilith began to fight. She said “I will not lie below,” and he said, “I will not lie beneath you, but only on top. For you are fit only to be in the bottom position, while am to be in the superior one.” Lilith responded, “We are equal to each other inasmuch as we were both created from the earth.”“ Afraid he would overpower her, Lilith pronounced the Ineffable Name of God and flew away into the air.”
She is the first, the beginning; hence she has been constructed entirely of egg shells... Her outer shell case is made from ostrich and emu shells. A small key in the lock of her case will be later discovered to be her clitoris which must be delicately held and turned on more than one occasion, in order to explore this piece. Upon the opening of the case Lilith’s many parts are revealed. As they are removed and pieced together, we are able to experience a reverent journey of the reconstruction of ‘Goddess’.
Her voluptuous breasts are doors which open to create the semblance of the ‘Ark of the Covenant’ with the Torah. Created in response to the patriarchal religion and its vilification of women’s bodies, the ark is formed from breasts and the revealed ‘Torah’ irreverently contains the story of Lilith.
Thus, the source of holy writings intended to nourish our souls must necessarily come from the most primary source of all nourishment; women’s breasts. And to make this point unavoidable, the scrolls cannot be removed without first pulling on her nipples which contain spring loaded locking mechanisms.
The vagina depicts a pomegranate with It’s erotic mythology implied; from Aphrodite’s beautiful fruit and Persephone’s transgression to Eve’s first bite of the forbidden fruit (likely pomegranate). But nestled amongst the luscious drops we discover teeth. Vagina Dentata. And in this case specifically, they are wisdom teeth...
